Our campus Community was purpose built for Nomads situated just 1 mile from downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan, a top US city. Ann Arbor is known for its vibrant arts, international culture and visitors, numerous galleries, theatres and live music.
Back at the campus our guests enjoy living in newly constructed and beautifully furnished townhouses. Built with the needs of Nomads in mind, the campus features 1 gig fiber (inside and out) multiple co-working spaces, Smart TVs and a wide range of content channels. Free shuttle service is available, and the community shares a small fleet of Tesla’s which can be rented “by the sip.” Gym facilities are just a block away. Across the street is more co-working space, open to and free for 4MNomads tenants.
